My progress is missing. What should I do?

Restart the app and confirm that you are using the same device and app installation. Contact support before deleting or reinstalling the app, as locally stored progress may be removed.

A reward or boost did not activate.

Check your internet connection, wait a moment and try again. If the problem continues, send us the approximate time it occurred and a screenshot.

How do I report a bug?

Email support with the steps that caused the issue, what you expected to happen and what happened instead.

Can I suggest a new feature?
